My role consist in food preparation, cleaning,vegetables preparation ,help the chef and also I cook when the chefs are absents.
I learnt new skills when i start with my program, such as doung better food presentation,learning new recipes,new methods etc
My program gave me the opportunity to learn about what I known now.I really enjoyed learn different things .
It has been very well organised and structured,my tutors always was in there when I had a problem.He was very helpful.
My employer gave me the opportunity to do my course.it paid for me and I am very grateful for it.
My training provide was very supportative.I am really happy with it.
