    • I process the wages weekly. I oversee the running of the Office, i procure all the Stationary and Cleaning products maintain the office security & canteen supplies

    • Yes learnt lots of new skills on this apprenticeship that have helped me through the last 12 months when COVID & Cyber attacked occured

    • I have really enjoyed taking part in the online monthly classes and completing the workbooks and activities

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Yeah well ran and organised we received in advance the dates of each class and units. Lynsey is always available via phone or email

    • My line manager has been very engaging and open to me completing this apprenticeship

    • Lots !! Lynsey is very helpful and always answers any problems or questions i have

    • I think i have grown in confidence and can perform my role to a higher standard with the knowledge i have gained

    • Not currently with COVID but there is normally

    • Yes

    • The people that work here make it a team effort, lots of long serving staff members work here

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Realise?

    • There is alot of men that work here so ladies and positions for ladies are few and far between
