My role in the supply chain is to assist and provide safety to the aviation. I work alongside specialists and experienced engineers and mechanics to bring Saftey to our customers when they fly with our airline. We provide maintenance to all our fleet in hanger and airside 24hrs a day.
Yes i have learnt many new aspects of the industry already. For example, new hand skills and being able to work alongside amazing experienced staff who have provided me great assistance. I have developed my existing skills also. Learning how to repair aircraft and use the necessary tools the correct way.
I have great passion and pride in what I do and bring able to work in this amazing industry which has been a dream of mine from very early age. I love everyday the part of my job and responsibilities to bring a smile and safe journey to our customers who use our services.
Is is very well organised and structured. The business provides us with great advantages and additional support throughout our learning phase. There is constant support and help from management and peers as well as the learning provider. There is opportunity to gain hands on experience and retake exams when required.
I receive a great and vast amount of support daily and weekly throughout my apprenticeship. There is never ending support from all sectors of the business in guiding us to the right path so we are enabled to pass our course and exams. They also provide additional help where needed too.
There is an extensive amount of information, support and help from our training providers on a daily basis right till up to our end of assessment and graduation. Whenever we are in need of further help or assistance they are there to cater to our needs to help us achieve our aims and objectives.
Is provides severe postive help and performance, in the sense that I am able to fully grasp the information provided in order for me to excel to the maximum of highest levels. They teach you the right ways and give u constant advice and guidance to reach the performance required.
Yes most definitely, there is always a different type of activity and social events every few months in the year to bring us together and bond. To help raise awareness for charities and the apprenticeship. In the hangars they set up for an example golf events for the team to bond.
