Installing fibre on new customer premises. Driving and climbing is also a large part.
I've learnt about the Fibre network and how it's installed and delivered to customers.
I love the programme and hope to go further and upskill when complete.
Due to COVID it's been quite badly organised with people off sick etc but these things can't be helped in the current climate so overall it's been good but could be better.
Support is in abundance whether it's from colleagues or the services that are offered.
The NVQ side is limited to the course providers and being all virtual it could be better as I'm an in person learner. In regards to the on the job training there's loads of help.
Barely at all. The qualification isn't really involved in my role.
There are a few things like gamers and whatnot but as I'm more active they're limited in COVID times.
Yes
It's a great place to work. Large company and even if you hate your role can sidestep into so many areas.
The application process is the most difficult part, stick at it and you're on to an amazing role.
