Overlooking day to day operations and leading front of house and back of house teams in facilities department in corporate environment.
I definetely learned a lot in my apprenticeship. Studied different modules including self awareness, time management, project and operations management. I improved my people leading and managing skills, and also learnt more about communication and building relationships.
I feel more confident in my role and confident enough to step up in my career and apply for facilities manager roles
The program was very well organised, we studied different modules and then had a chance to reflect on what we learned by completing workbooks. I could contact my tutor Anna any time I needed and ask for help and support
My manager was very supportive, he always made sure I have enough time to complete my studies
My training provider Anna McClafferty was amazing. She was very caring and supportive and also inspired me when my motivation was low
I done leadership jobs for many years but because I never studied management or leadership I felt like there is something missing in my ways of working. This apprenticeship definitely improved my confidence and I feel like I am good leader now. The most important that I learn I think is soft skills.
I am myself member of our wellbeing and social team in our office. We are organising different sports and mental health events, also quarterly drinks and Christmas parties
Yes
Unfortunately intu went into administration last year and the company is about to close, but before that I would definitely recommend it to my friend because it was lovely place to work, also amazing people
