My team and I work with clients who's companies are insolvent, or who are financially restructuring. My role is client facing, with the opportunity to work at the client site.
I have developed my IT skills especially in Excel and also my communication skills. I have also gained and insight in to to the systems thats PwC use.
The work in have is interested and varied as each client case is different. I have also enjoyed meeting lots of new people.
From day 1, I was given real responsibilty with client work which made me feel like a valued member of the team. Everyone was also very friendly and welcoming during my first few weeks of joining, which helped me settle in quickly with ease.
The induction process was extremlely well organised and structured. I have also been given a well detailed timetable for the two year programme, so i know what to expect and what i need to do to complete the apprenticeship and obtain the professional qualification.
I have meetings and phone calls at least once a month from my assessor, who i can talk to for guidance on the the diploma. I will also get lots of question practice and some mock exams to make sure i reach my full potential in my exams.
Everyone in my team is aware of my formal learning commitments. There is also an extensive support network, make up of my peer grioup, people manager and tutor.
I still live at home, so I am very happy with my salary
There is lots of newtworking events out side work, and there is social groups if you want to join them.
