Working with FTSE clients in the audit of the their financial statements
I have gained a greater understanding of the technical side of accounting to support my learning at university and have developed other skills such as organisation, teamworking and communication.
I really enjoy the degree programme and the family feel that it has due to the smaller nature of the cohort
The programme gives you the best of both worlds with a University experience along with gaining the valuable time on placement. These placements help you to gain a greater understanding and real life context to your studies.
PwC as an employer are extremely supportive in both work, ensuring that we have the knowledge to undertake the tasks given to us and with regards to our mental and physical well being which is especially important in the current climate.
Newcastle University prepare us well for all exams and the exams we sit grant us a large number of exemptions from the professional body exams.
