Part of a great team looking to develop and innovate
To date I have had a mixed support from programme. Skills trainer keeps changing, now on 5th. The provider upgraded the learning platform last year - my previous work and evidence still not recovered. Due to operations requirement, I have not always been able to have work time study sessions.
Previous Line Manager tried to support, but my planned study sessions were always interrupted or pressured to do work ahead of study. Some work opportunities that would have aided my study and EPA have not been given to me. Hoping new Skills Trainer can asist.
As stated previously, not had consistency with trainers and issues with online learning
I am taking on skills and learning that will help me perform better when the opportunity arises. Not had chance to put theory in to practice as of yet.

Have worked for company for many years - hoping the current experience is a hiccup
make sure you have what you want in writing, push for training and learning. Great company of entering on a graduate scheme, not so rewarding for loyal long time employees at lower levels.
