  • I work within an engagement team doing the simpler tasks in the audit, this might include basic accounting exercises, or more admin based tasks.

  • I've developed a lot of confidence since starting the job, my communication skills have rapidly improved. my knowledge has improved a lot aswell

  • I enjoyed learning new things and getting involved in more complex parts of the audit.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Jobs are well organised, the transition between clients is important ands i found having a meeting to explain what the exact status of current work is important and helped me stay organised

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I'd receive nearly daily email about well being and health this indicates they do really care, they also promote a caring culture, joining morning meeting i was always asked how i was and there was always time for the team to have a casual catchup.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Any questions i had were normally answered, i had a range of people i could ask if i needed to.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification has helped a lot with the knowledge aspect of my job but i think the practical side isn't addressed fully. Spending time in university using accounting software would help massivly.

  • Yeah my inbox was full of invites to well being events and team building excercises

  • The culture of PWC is great everyone is so helpful, even working from home i felt very comfortable talking in meeting and putting my point of view across


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to PwC?
  • Work hard, study hard and you'll fly, be confident in asking questions and try to add to your team.
