My work mainly involved project management and coaching various teams and reviewing their work. I got to more on more than 5 clients per week.
I have learnt skills such as portfolio management, how to be more organised and various other soft skills since my job involved coaching others and leading them to perform quality audit.
I absolutely enjoyed the programme! It was amazing it helped develop many soft skills and a professional mentality which gave me an insight on the work managers perform.
It is very well organised and I was supported a lot throughout my entire process. They gave us sufficient training over the material and we also received buddies and coaches who we would talk to on a weekly basis and whenever we had any difficulties.
They provided us with exceptional support. I had many people who were constantly available to help throughout my placement. they are all very understanding and has given very helpful tips that has helped me immensely throughout the placement.
We received a lot of support and even had catch ups with them. they are very supportive and was available to help.
It has helped me understand the basics which in turn helped me perform well.
