My role is to manager a caseload of learners to support them to achieve a qualificaiton
Yes. I am doing the leader/suppervisor apprenticeship to develop my ability to lead others. I have developed my mentoring and leadership skills.
I enjoy the delivery of learning and being able to use what I have learnt within my job role. It is giving me the oportunity to progress in my career.
Very!. I have regular meetings with my tutor and tri party reviews. I know what I am doing and when appointments are well in advance.
My Employer is fully suportive with my qualification and we hold regular reviews to discuss learning needs. My employer supports me to have regular oportunities to develop my skills
Training provider provides me with leanring on a monthly basis. Feedback to assessments is quick and she identifies gaps in my knowledge and how I can fill them
I have been able to tak what I have learnt and imploment it into my job role. I have developed on my ability to mentor others and have increased my performance because of the new skills learnt.
