I produce agendas, produce trustee meeting documents, provide trustee's with legislation updates, I help with a shared mailbox which helps run a site for pension schemes.
I've improved my email writing skills and also improved my ability to interact in a professional manner through attending a trustee meeting.
I enjoy my programme as I feel it is developing me with the skills I need to have a successfull career with Aon.
I feel reasonably valued.
It is reasonably organised although communication could be better.
I receive quite a bit of support as we catch up on a monthly basis.
I receive support from my employer as they provide me with training so i have all the knowledge I need to do my job well and allocate me with time for personal development.
It meets my costs very well, especially as I'm also receiving training which Aon is paying for.
I get invited to pension events.
