Becoming more involved with crew and customers, learning what I can do better in certain situations.
I enjoyed it but because of covid and leaders leaving the experience wasn’t that great.
It was organised at the beginning but towards the end it wasn’t organised at all
The support I received from my employer was brilliant, helped me massively
I had a bit of training at the begging but towards the end I didn’t really get any training
I felt it really helped, I had more experience and was more aware
Yeah we have crew nights every so often which are really fun and enjoyable

It’s a great place to work, lovely people and good money
Always take time fir yourself don’t do soemthing your not comfortable with
