I am managing the Fulfilment Team with 19 people. My day to day role is to ensure that all orders are processed and my department meets the SLA. Supporting the technical queries of call centre staff, Resource planning.
I learnt a lot on my course, specially around self-awareness and organizational skills, how to prioritize tasks, etc.
I could enjoy it more if my organization provided appropriate time to work on my course.
The program was very well organised, clearly structured and easy to follow.
I haven't received any until I got a new line manager, however it was nearly at the end of the program.
My tutor supported me when I needed it, she was always flexible but made sure I am not falling behind.
I am already using the newly gained skills in my current role, it's helps be being more organised and productive.
