Assistance to day to day activities such as personal care, eating and drinking; Supervising and assisting the other care workers, making sure PPE is used at all times, that the staff is aware and putting in practice the Manual Handling, Fire Alarm and Infection Control procedures; Encouraging team spirit and making sure we're all working as a team in order to provide the best care for our Residents in their best interests;
