I overlook the restaurants operations and aim to improve them from a day to day basis

I’ve developed my confidence in talking to hierarchy

My programme was great and being able to meet others in the same situation as me was really great!

The structure and organisation is amazing, people from hes doffice of Mcdonald’s want to know how you’re getting on & keep in touch with us throughout the programme

My franchisee is so invested in me it’s amazing

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Steph Jones really helped me develop my confidence the most and was always so reassuring to me that the work i had done was great and that i could achieve whatever grade i desired!

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I learnt things that i did not know before and i feel knowledge is power so taking this into the workplace allows me to benefit not only the organisation and operations but it empowers other around me as i teach them more

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes Mcdonald’s have football teams and social everts all the time!

9a. Would you recommend McDonald's to a friend?

Yes

9b. Why?

They’re supportive and help get so much more out of work. I always thought Mcdonald’s was going to be a part time job whilst at work but it was allowed me to develop so much that i can’t see myself leaving anymore!

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?

Make sure you leave enough balance between work and your social life but also be ready to get stuck right in
