Learning Support Assistant in a SEN school. Currently providing 1:1 support off site for a student.
Learning plenty of new skills and developing existing skills: alongside training at work.
I really enjoy learning new things, however at times it is difficult to juggle with the demands of my personal life.
It's very well organised.
I receive full support from my employer and staff, sharing their experience and expertise with me.

I am learning news skills which I then use in my workplace.

Well organised and supportive.
Ensure you have the time needed as it is draining at times juggling it round my personal life (children...).
