Looking after all the customers coming into the store and cleaning up after them making sure they have the best possible visit also dealing with complaints.

I loved doing my apprenticeship as I’ve learnt loads and it has not been that hard

I have a mentor and managers who always am happy to help me
I have monthly meetings and sometimes sooner so she can help me
I think the apprenticeship has been really good for me as I now know how to deal with customers and how to read there body language

The pays good and if you am doing the customer service practitioner apprenticeship you will find out loads
Always talk about gold standard and be chatty
