My experience involves working in specialised areas within the engineering industry particularly being involved in the outline and detailed designs of portable and wastewater systems, assisting and managing deliveries of water treatment works, ice pigging schemes, booster stations and asset management projects.
I've learnt an array of design knowledge/skills as well as developing my interpersonal skills.
I enjoy my programme thoroughly, balancing university life and work can often be difficult but Mott Macdonald offer great support.
The structure is constantly developing, but Mott Macdonald work well with apprentices to create a structure.
Training provider provides support but lacked support at the beginning of the apprenticeship.
Yes, the extra curriculars at Mott Macdonald are outstanding.

They are a great company to work for, they have a wide variety of opportunities for development and interpersonal skills. I highly recommend Motts for any future apprentices looking for a degree apprenticeship.
