I work with Analysts (typically recent Graduates), to analyse data and produce policy recommendations.
I have learnt a lot of analytical and problem solving skills, as well as data science skills.
I like the course I am on. It is interesting and requires me to use it in my role.
This could be improved. It has minimal contact with the tutor.
My employer is very supportive in giving me the time I need for study leave, and supports me in finding work I both enjoy and can use in evidence.
Minimal support. The tutor is able to answer questions, and is very good at this, but it is all very independent and you need to stay on top of the work / manage your own deadlines.
There are some aspects which have helped me in my day-to-day role, but for the most part it is not overly relevant. My role is more technical and specific than the course. I do, however, feel like I have learnt a lot about the industry.
My team hold regular virtual social events and have regular social chats during the working days.
