Yes definitely it has been difficult due to covid restrictions
it gave a good insight into our careers and what we have to expect upon our journey
I found the start of the programme difficult as was not assigned an accessor until i chased structure has been difficult as all online rather than workshops
Support is good absence's are put in for nvq days and we are helped by buddying system
It has been good once i was assigned an accessor but at first it came across as a shambles
I feel it could be structured more towards the job role there is a lot of content that i dont feel applies to us as engineers
