  • Yes definitely it has been difficult due to covid restrictions

  • it gave a good insight into our careers and what we have to expect upon our journey

  • I found the start of the programme difficult as was not assigned an accessor until i chased structure has been difficult as all online rather than workshops

  • Support is good absence's are put in for nvq days and we are helped by buddying system

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • It has been good once i was assigned an accessor but at first it came across as a shambles

  • I feel it could be structured more towards the job role there is a lot of content that i dont feel applies to us as engineers

  • Start your NVQ as soon as possible so you can qualify and enjoy your job role
