I assign out network jobs for engineers and arrange access ect.
I have further developed my communication, teamwork and written skills.
I really enjoy the programme. The team are really nice and the college teacher is lovely.
Very organised. We have a plan set for every month.
If I need help we can just send a message or an email and they will reply to help you.
Lots. I have weekly meetings and monthly progress reviews. And lots of resources are supplied to me.
It has allowed me to better my communication and written skills.
There is different groups you can join and there is lots of regular charity events you can take part in.
