I work with my team on projects ensuring that all the projects are complete and that if there are any tasks relating to a project they get done. For example I create documents such as a tipsheet for the project. I liase with people in my team an ensure that I complete my tasks or help them with any tasks that they need help completing.
I have learnt how to conduct myself in a proper enviroment and I also have learned new skills on Saleforce.
I enjoy it a lot and find that I am learning a lot each day.
My programme is well structured i have weekly meetings with team to catch up, monthly meetings with my coach to monitor my progress and well structured meetings with my training provider.
I receive a lot of support from my employer with lots of tools at hand to help me on my journey and check ins with coach to see my progress. I am also offered very good training which helps me learn more about policies ect.
I receive a good amount of support from my training provider, i have monthly and quarterly meetings with my training provider to go over my work.
I feel it helps me a lot as it teaches me about professional behaviours and skills to use in the workplace.
At the moment there isnt as i am not in the office but i have been told that there would have been networking events.
