On a day to day basis I serve customers on the tills. I also encourage customers to buy our best deals and encourage them to have a membership card and collect points to spend in store.
I have learnt how to face up, mark down, price check and how to use hand held terminal systems.
I enjoy learning new things throught my apprenticeship it has taught me new skills i can use in the future
It has been well orgonised but has been made harder to be organised because of COVID
I always get support but i have to ask for it more than i feel i should
I get alot of support from my trainer sge always responds to my calls and emails.
I feel like it helps me because it explains to me why i have to do certian things within my role and the benefits of them.
