HR Consultant supporting 2 Senior HR Business Partners. Working with HRBP team to ensure smooth role out of HR strategies and supporting business with complex cases.
Have developed existing skills in utilising excel to support with data analysis. Also enjoyed joining new newsletters that i wouldn't have normally joined.
Given COVID-19 lockdown, it has kept me busy and i've enjoyed the research side of the programme.
I think it's very organised; but could be more structured with deadlines of when assignments need to be done.
I received loads of support from my colleagues who helped with some of my assignments, in getting me to think differently.

Yes - there are lots of activates for me to get involved in at work. We encourage employees to join our internal networking site on understanding about MHFA and other activities happening in the company.
