My role is to manage staff in the best interests of the business to maximise the potential they bring and skills they posses.
Learnt many new skills on the apprenticeship and improved on previous skills prior to the course. These will help me in future continue to climb the ladder on to the next step.
I really enjoy it. Learning new skills to be able to progress in my career all for free is amazing.
The programme is split into sections and structured well. There is plenty of support and opportunities to get involved.
I receive a lot of support from the business by enrolling me on the course. But mostly from my line manager in store helping me to progress.
I receive plenty of support when completing work especially assessments. The provider continually helps me develop my assessments to be at the upmost quality.
It helps me explore other aspects I have not learnt yet or would’ve ever learnt that much about. With the course structured the way it is for me next role (store manager) I should possess all the appropriate skills needed.
There are many social activities (restrictions depending) but many networking events. Such as uplift festival next week.
Yes
I really enjoy working for the business and I get given equally as good of an opportunity to progress as everyone else.
Be who you are. There’s absolutely no discretion in interviews and you’ll purely be chosen on the skills you show and the things you can bring to the business.
