Monthly appriasials make me feel valued. Also given lots of reponsibility and involved with important tasks and projects.
Very well organised, there was a 4 week induction programme including a weeks residential in Salford. Given access to various online training modules. Every Friday we attend university and our placements are rotated every 8 months. We each have a buddy, mentor and sponsor which allow us to network and get support.
Quite a bit of support we have a personal tutor as well as a tutor for each of our modules that we have meetings with and can also contact them via email for support when we like.
Placement manager, scheme manager, buddy, sponsor and mentor all provide good support and guidance when required.
