I work on the bar , serving alcohol and soft drinks. Also spend my day taking food orders and staying in charge of the bills and keeping the cellar clean.
I have learnt many new skills such as cleaning the pipes properly to ensure we have good tasting beer. I learnt about the laws in hospitality which is the most important thing in the trade
I enjoy the work that’s been set and enjoy learning new things. I like the phone calls with my trainer. She’s fun and doesn’t make the course seem daunting
I like the portal on lifetime training as it shows me when my next visit is and what i have to do next.
My employer is an older man so doesn’t know too much about this course. But he’s has been nothing but grand to me. But definitely think Marston’s should support him more with the learning too
My trainer is so supportive. If i ever had a worry about anything wether it be work related, course related or even at home. She so willing to help me with anything.
Very well. Lifetime training has great resources and always has had great information.
Not at my work personally no, we are only a small buisness however lifetime offered me many classrooms for extra learning
Yes
I find marston’s a good place to work for.
