I have learnt a few skills but not too many to be honest. i have learnt how to manage a team but this has been mainly down to my manager and through my own research not through the apprenticeship tutors etc. there are many more skills i crave to learn but havent been given the opportunity.
Basically i enjoy my time within the workplace i enjoy working alongside my manager and all of my fellow colleagues our customers are an absolute delight to serve and help every day. As for the learning aspect essays research etc i am finding extremely stressful and annoying not a good apprenticeship at all
Not good at all some of the teams conferences have been very informative but due to absences of tutors it has been most frustrating rush to submit required work and then due to tutor shortages my work does not get assessed or marked so never know how i am actually doing
This aspect is absolutely amazing we have had a new manager quite recently and he is extremely approachable. The help and support he has provided myself with has been overwhelming he has provided myself with more support and information in basically 30 minutes than what Hart my learning provider has provided over 6 months
Not good at all tutor has been absent on numerous occasions and there is never a cover tutor available i have had assignments cancelled work that i have submitted has never even been looked at i send emails and it takes sometimes weeks to receive a response not good at all and would not recommend Hart as a learning provider to any one.
In some aspects i feel i am getting better and gaining more experience but this is not down to my apprentice provider this is mainly down to my manager and team leaders and through conducting my own research. On some occasions the information my tutor has give has been very informative and useful but sadly contact and feedback is few and far between
This is not possible at the moment due to the current Covid pandemic. In a normal every day life social and community events would be numerous examples evenings out fun days marathons charity fund raising but due to local restrictions these events can not take place due to the current crisis.
Yes
Well my store only because of the friendliness and helpfulness of the whole team they have supported myself within the workplace and within personal family life too. We are not like a work team we are more like a close knit small family our customers are also the nicest people you would ever meet
basically if you obtain an interview to be yourself the co.op takes pride in expecting its colleagues to be yoursel always so if you go to an interview with this in mind you should sail through the whole process. never be afraid to ask for any help as the co.op staff and senior management are the best
