Attending meetings on time and regularly, completing all assignments before hand. Reading and working on material provided on a regular basis.

learned further about the legislations within the hospitality industry and developed existing skills, like customer service etc. sharing new knowledge with the team.

It is an enjoyable experience, helps you discover more about your job industry and how to succeed on your daily-basis tasks.

Well organised training and very supportive tutor, ensuring I was fully comprehending the study subjects, making me feel challenged and stimulated but not overwhelmed.

My mnagers were really supportive and helpful, genuine interested on my progress and my enthusiasm.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

He’s been very supportive throughout all the length of the apprenticeship. He’s great at building confidence and keeping our meetings entertaining, ensuring I was fully comprehending the study subjects, making me feel challenged and stimulated but not overwhelmed.

What I learned is helping me understanding my job role and industry, helping me succeed and deliver my best performance within my department.
