  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role is to identify skills gaps within the organisation and work with business areas to source the most appropriate training method taking into account the required learning, funding etc. I work with the business areas on a day to day business to support them to develop learning pathways which could include short training courses or apprenticeships.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am really enjoying the apprenticeship programme - I am excited to learn new methods and also interacting with other companies and share ideas and see how I can work differently so that I can provide the correct support for the business areas within NATS. As I am an existing member of staff I was very apprehensive in starting the apprenticeship but I am really enjoying it.
