Massive amount of support. Both my manager and colleagues.
Receive good quality support from BPP. We have monthly calls with coaches regarding assignments and 6 week catch ups with our coach's.
It helps in transferrable skills. It also gives me a good base of knowledge for transferring within my organisation too.
Yes, but currently due to COVID it is harder to experience these.
