I'm a senior project/programme manager leading large infrastructure transformation programmes. The work is varied and interesting and I get great support in terms of training and development.
I'm continually learning new skills and developing my capabilities.
I'm enjoying the programme enormously. It's challenging and time-consuming, there's no denying that but I'm thoroughly enjoying the learning and I can already feel the benefits in my day-to-day work. I feel a lot more confident and empowered as a result.
Some of the modules on my course are exceptionally well managed and organised but some are a bit more ad-hoc! I think it comes down to the specific tutor and their style of teaching. In some ways the differing structures help with providing a more varied experience on the course.
My employer has been incredibly helpful and supportive, from providing guidance during the application process to providing mentoring to aid my studies.
The university is superb. They've been particularly helpful in adapting the course for remote learning in light of the Covid-19 situation.
It's been transformative already.
Yes, although these are largely remote at the moment due to the pandemic restrictions.
