Throughout the day i am on calls to our lovely customers with queries they may have about their payroll/accounting software.
Throughout the apprenticeship my confidence and communication skilss have massively improved.
The programe is great Sage offer a tonne of opportunities to express yourswelf through different events that they provide and through the amazing Sage Foundation programme
The structure allows the team to get to know each other to start off from them you's are friends for life. then when going onto calls there is always support

Through training i feel that the apprenticeship training has set me up well for a more permanent role at sage
Yes, we have team meetings in work but there is also Sage Foundation which supports charities. there are also many opportunities to do stuff as an apprentice such as presentations etc.
