i enjoy the work but the virtual working environment is not great for work life balance.

From an AstraZeneca perspective it is good and i am well supported.

i receive time and support to complete my studies.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Mixed; I appreciate the switch to digital only has been challenging but there are area's for improvement in the organisation and support provided to MBA students. Module tutor's have generally been supportive

somewhat better from an operational perspective but it is useful in providing greater knowledge.
