I love the structure of the Apprenticeship. This includes my team, the company culture and the support I receive during this journey.
Very structured. This is because in my apprenticeship, I am able to gain a qualification as well as receive on the job training by my team and have additional mentors to help me on the way.
Plenty of support. This includes support from my line manager, mentors, ex-apprentices where I am able to discuss personal and professional problems.
I receive some level of support from the training provider. This includes being able to contact our web teacher in regards, to kind of problems we face.
Its has been beneficial. This is because I am able to apply the theoretical sides to the practical side which has helped me to in areas of my role.
Honestly just chilling.
