    • I manage the day today running of the hotel, I am responsible for h&s, payrol, staff and guests

    • The skills learnt through the scheme have helped me develop a better understanding of procedures within my buisness

    • I enjoy digging deep into the background of health and safety and why thing have been put into place

    • Very well organised especially through the pandemic

    • My trainer is always at the end of the phone if I ever need her
