My role is working alongside the marketing team to help create content and communications for our customers as well as expanding our brand.
I'm almost finished with my level 4 and have learnt both practical skills as well as the knowledge based things you need to know as a marketer. I have learnt how to use several different tools to expand my knowledge.
I love working where I am, the people are always encouraging and eager to see you do well. My team currently are amazing and allow me to be myself. There is always opportunity to grow and develop around the team.
Whilst a little rocky whilst getting used to homework the training and support are great. Monthly check ins with my tutor and quarterly with the college themselves allows me to always say if I'm having issues.
Full and continuous support from my employer and my colleagues.
This course is quite independent where you are left to move through the weeks at your own pace, but the college and my tutor are always there if I need help or have questions on a topic.
I'm able to put my theory into practice as it allows me to have a better understanding of the way things work. I can my learning's and use them in my day to day roles.
No, we used to have social events Pre-covid that I would enjoy participating in but due to homeworking we dont have many of these things anymore.
Yes
The culture here is great, its inclusive and super supportive. With opportunities to grow and move within the business and the people are great.
Be yourself! The interview process I went through was a little nerve wracking; online application, videoing yourself answering questions an then a group interview. But you get to see a flavour of how DLG is during this so enjoy it!
