L&OD Practitioner - To enhance individual, team and organisational effectiveness through creative, experiential and effective learning & development interventions. Collaborate with organisational networks, groups and external partners to deliver projects and initiatives (including ED&I). Support the development and delivery of the People and Inclusion Strategy.
Yes I have learnt new coaching skills, I was already informally using a coaching approach but this apprenticeship has help to solidify, learn new methods and tools to support and coach others in my day to day role and supporting a develooment programme at the same time
I enjoy learning (as this is what I do for a job after all), I like being able to put the theories I'm learning in to practice
This is the first of it's type Coaching Professional L5 and finding my flow as I go
Time and space to complete what's needed and some guidance from mentor
Lots of support, email contact and tutor 1-1s which I find incredibly helpful as well as facilitator led workshops between self-study
Massively, I believe a coaching culture is vital to organisational success
Yes lots of networking groups, and virtual socials are available in my workplace
