  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I am a claims handler in motor and travel claims. This means when a policy holder has a car accident or travel plans have cancelled I look to investigate the situation the claim occurred under and pay out accordingly to the parties involved.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Support for the employer is good and well received on a wider level (coms emails and wepages) but in person i feel like stats are pushed more than support given. Zero support for dyslexia and my exam.
