  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I work on various audit teams helping to complete a conclusion for the financial statements as to whether they are true and fair and free from material misstatement as caused by fraud or error. I work with a number of clients, helping gather the necessary information and then preforming an audit on this asking for further follow up questions or documents as needed

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • There are designated times within the year ahead of exams to attend college to ensure we have the adequate knowledge to complete the exams. There is a professional qualifications team in which we can contact for any qualification specific questions that we may have. Sometimes it is challenging when there are work commitments alongside studying

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification definitely helps me to perform better in my role - the content i learn at college and prepare for my exams is theory of what i see on my day to day job. i can see the relevant policies, theories and models implemented in real life mirroring that which i learn for my qualification.
