Change Management - running internal IBM meetings and leading client calls on a daily basis to push changes through a set change process.
Developed organisational skills, the role can be very busy, so it's important to make sure everything is written down and all changes updated. Developed communication/client skills. There are regular client calls every week that we have an active role in

Definitely, having a task manager and professional development manager gives me more people to talk to if I need to.
Very well organised - mandatory courses are spread out well over the course of the year, and in the mean time, there is plenty of additional education that can be done to support my chosen career. Everything is available if you want to use it.

Loads of support. Regular meetings and catch ups happen regularly with managers, and there is always someone to go to if you need help/advice
My salary more than covers my cost, and there are a number of options if you have to work away from home.
There are plenty of opportunities outside of work - there are loads of Foundation events to take part in, and on occasion, some events organised for your particular project
