Variety of new and existing behaviours and skills including communication, time management, IT, integrity, presentation etc
Continuous support through line managers and peers. As well as the support from the learning and development team
I had 2 afternoons a week to focus on apprenticeship work. I have monthly calls my coach from my training provider. We had webinars which covered the course content
