i assist customers with any issues that occur with their motor claims
ive been able to develop my proving solving and social skills. ive learned how to take complete ownership
i enjoyed the programme a great amount
the programme is very structured, your always made aware of whats happening and kept up to date
the employer supports you any way they can and look to help in any situations
the training provider was great for support as they would keep checking in to ensure you were up to date on the work but also ensuring it is done to a high standard
it helped by giving a wide range of insurance knowledge to enable me to help our customers with any issues they may have
the organisation has a wide range of different extra curricular to help
