I create eLearning for the UK Market within the Learning and Development Team. I also specialize in Digital technologies and how we can utilize these.
Yes, I have been in this role for 7 months now and still learning as I go. Stakeholder management has been my biggest skill I have adapted and still developing.
Really enjoying the programme as it is very relevant to my role and I can bring in my learnings to the team.
Joining the programme was very organized. I received all the information I needed before joining. The training content is laid out well and I receive a lot of support on the learning platform and my tutor.
I apricate all the support I receive from my employer and feel confident completing the course because of this.
There is tonns of support on the learning platform and further support from the tutor is available if needed. I also receive a monthly call with my learning coach about the apprenticeship side.
Highly relevant and helps me bring in knowledge to the team.
There are many different professional networking event opportunities to get involved in at work, covering a wide range of topics for example, women's international week.
Yes
There are many benefits to working here and the people are amazing. My work is engaging to me and there is always opportunity to get involved in projects I am interested in. My development is taken seriously with tons of different learning interventions to aid my development plan.
Don't come to Nestlé for a job, come with the intention of having a career. Don't be afraid to challenge the norms and push to find better ways of working.
