Answering high call volumes whilst dealing with amendments on policies. I also deal with complaints or general quires customers may have.
Developed on my customer service skills and being able to flex to different customers needs.
At times it was ok, but there was alot of times throughout the programme where I felt under prepared or not supported correctly when completing the work.
We tried to have regular meetings with the trainer which was helpful, and also we had good time off the phone to complete the training.
Throughout the apprenticeship we received good support by being allowed time off the phone to complete training.
We had monthly checkups to support us, and we could email the trainer when we needed help which was useful
I feel like it has helped in some aspects in better my understanding with insurance.
