I deal with customers and their queries on a daily basis. i work within direct line group in the customer service and also the finance team to amend policies and take payments for policies ranging from home insurance to pet insurance and also motor insurance. my role is primarily customer facing.
yes i have developed some existing skills aswell as some new ones - existing ones being speaking to people on a professional level and giving them the best possible journey. The new skills i have developed whilst working within direct line group is how to use their systems and their way of working.

honestly, was there any structure?
during the course 20% opa meaning off the phone activity to complete apprenticeship work.
a decent amount of support definitely helped get me over the line.
the course doesn't make much of a difference to the day-to-day job - the product is what helps.
yes there are some but have never been involved myself.
