  • ISE/Account Manager dealing with managed accounts; providing daily sales support to customers, working with relevant business units to offer the best possible solution to customers, as well as maintaining a high level of interactivity with customers and peers in order to build strong long-term relationships

  • Professional Communication Customer Experience Data Security Problem solving Assesses and Qualifies Sales Leads Project management Legislations in the workplace Sales Process Technical side of a business (products, solutions etc) Database and Campaign Management

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have thoroughly enjoyed the apprentice programme at Tech Data from beginning to end, and have found that I have been able to develop massively thanks to the constant support and numerous directions available for career progression.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I would say that overall the programme is very well organised; even during the Covid19 period At no point have I felt like we as apprentices have had nothing to do, as there is always a job that needs doing

  • A lot of support, whether that be from our apprentice manager, team manager, team members or fellow apprentices

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A lot of support has been offered to me throughout this course I have found that no matter what my question or concern is, someone will always be there to help

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Prior to this apprenticeship at Tech Data I would have had no idea how to work the way I do Being an apprentice has allowed me to experience various roles at Tech Data which in turn has helped me better myself when performing on a day-to-day basis

  • Charity, Social and Networking events, and loads of team nights out etc

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Choosing an apprenticeship at Tech Data was one of the best decision I have made for my career so far, and allowed me to grow massively as a professional. I will always recommend Tech Data to anyone of any age, as there is so much career progression available to any style of job role someone may want


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TD SYNNEX?
  • My biggest bit of advise would be to remember you are an apprentice, and to always make notes on what you're learning and experiencing ready to be put into your portfolio. It is incredibly easy to get too engrossed into the job role and forget that you need to be taking records of your accounts of learning throughout the process
