Mostly a customer facing role. He looks after the stock and products for the business and takes in any cash required for purchases. General customer services and admin duties.
I have developed massively in customer services and being confident when speaking with customers. Taking cash in has helped my numerical ability.
All customer service jobs are enjoyable and the most important for the business.
Tutor was not paying attention to me as an apprentice, felt like I was not being listened to now but has improved since.
My manager has been fantastic and helped massively with my progression through the course. They have gone over and above
