Service Delivery. Fault finding, Repairing Telephone circuits, Providing/Installing new Routers and connections to the public and businesses.
Most definitely and it has benefited me on my everyday task and activities at work. Problem Solving, Customer service, Attention to detail, Time keeping, Team work, Communication and much more exceptional skills gained whilst working for Openreach.
